Encore Electrical was proud to partner with Yourtown on the electrical fit-out of their Miami Beach luxury prize home, part of one of Australia’s longest-running and most successful charitable art unions.
Delivered over a 10-week program, the project required a complete electrical and data installation to complement the high-end design of the home.

The scope of works included:
- Lighting – Installation of ambient lighting, pendant features, ceiling fans, and LED strip lighting to highlight the home’s architectural details and create a luxurious atmosphere.
- Electrical – Full electrical fit-out including mains, switchboards, general power, cabling, surge protection, and load balancing to provide a safe, efficient, and future-ready system.
- Data – Integration of data points and Wi-Fi throughout the home to ensure reliable connectivity for modern living.
